Order processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday). Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, up to 5 days depending on the destination.
Free shipping
- Sweden: Free shipping on orders over 800 SEK
- EU: Free shipping on orders over 100 EUR
- USA: Free shipping on orders over 100 USD
- Canada: Free shipping on orders over 130 CAD
Shipping costs for orders below these thresholds are calculated at checkout.
Return Period
You may return products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition, in original packaging.
Return Conditions
Items must not be opened, used, damaged, or soiled. Include proof of purchase and contact details. We recommend obtaining a tracking number and receipt from the return shipping service.
How to Return
Please contact info@tangentgc.com before sending any return. Clearly mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges. The return adress is:

Return Costs
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs in accordance with our return guidelines. Refunds will be issued minus any original shipping and handling fees.
Unclaimed Packages
Packages not collected within 14 days may be returned to us. A handling fee will apply to cover return shipping and related administrative costs.
Damaged or Lost Items
Please inspect your delivery upon receipt. If an item is missing or damaged in transit, notify us immediately at info@tangentgc.com.
Payment Terms
All prices are in the relevant regional currency (SEK, EUR, USD, CAD). Products remain the property of Tangent Garment Care until full payment is received. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways; no card details are stored by us. Customers under 18 require parental consent to order.
